An approach to fine food, not different, not new, just passionate, honest, and clean- with an expression of WOW, as the ultimate goal. Staying far away from cliche, deserts should be the epilogue on an already stunning meal, acquiescing as a wrap up and reminder of all things enjoyed and to be enjoyed.
